Wondershare Filmora Effects Pack Overview

A set of additional transitions, titles, templates and other effects for working with the video editor Wondershare Filmora v9…v12 (not suitable for version 8 and earlier).
Tested on versions – Filmora 11.7.3.814 Portable and Filmora 12.0.12.1450 .

Some effects are from free collections, the rest are from premium ones. Downloaded from third-party sites.
After installation, the effects will be in the corresponding section at the bottom of the list (subsection Filmstock). Some collections may have a name like “DefaultPackage” due to a flaw.

Sorting into folders is very arbitrary, since collections usually contain many topics and can be used for different purposes.

Installation

The packages are sfx archives that are unpacked in: %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Wondershare\Wondershare Filmora\Installed Effects
>> Path for Filmora v9 : %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Wondershare Filmora 9\Installed Effects (move here manually ).
Different Portable versions may have their own features, so the path may be different there.

You can unpack all archives at once (into the folder specified above) using WinRar / 7zip.
Select the desired archives, hover the mouse cursor over any of the selected ones and drag them to another window while holding the right button (RMB), then release the RMB and select “Extract/unpack to the current folder”.
Do not use the “Unpack each archive to a separate folder” option to avoid creating nested folders. —

If space on your system disk is limited , you can use symbolic links using Link Shell Extension or something similar.
Video instruction
1. Install the specified program.
2. Open %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Wondershare\Wondershare Filmora
3. Move the “Installed Effects” folder to another disk.
4. Right-click on this folder and select “Pick Link Source”.
5. Open %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Wondershare\Wondershare Filmora again.
6. Right-click in an empty space “Drop as…” – “Symbolic Link”.
7. A “virtual” folder will appear. All effects installed in the future will also be moved to that folder on another disk.
8. If desired, you can remove Link Shell Extension.
