Installation
• The path in the installer is set by default, no changes are required for the program to work ( user choice is ignored )
Activation
• Internet access is required to launch and activate Topaz Video Enhance AI 2.6.4
. Click Account > login > login (the fields can be left blank) and wait for activation to complete.
• To activate Topaz Sharpen AI, Internet access must be closed.
1. After installation (before launching), temporarily delete api_app_state.json and cre.dat along the path: C:\ProgramData\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Sharpen AI
2. Launch Sharpen AI click login > login (fields can be left empty) then close plugin window.
3. After creating a new cre.dat file, copy the api_app_state.json file to the C:\ProgramData\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Sharpen AI\
After running the plugin again, it should be activated.
