SIGERSHADERS XS Material Presets Studio is an updated library of materials for 3ds Max + V-ray/Corona/Redshift, including a User Library material manager.

The collection consists of various categories of materials. Whether it is: metals, fabric, glass, etc.

Installation

1. Install the core XSMP plugin from XSMPmaxSetup620.exe.
2. Install the XSMP scenes and libraries for your render engine.
3. Unzip the textures folder to a folder of your choice.
4. Replace XsmpMax_20xx.dll in “C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 20xx\bin\assemblies” with the appropriate file from the Fix folder. For 3ds Max 2020 and 2021, use XsmpMax_2020.dll.
5. Launch 3ds Max, launch XSMP and set the scene and texture paths in the preferences accordingly.
6. Drag XSMP.v1.0-icon.mzp into the viewport to install the XSMP icon.
7. Enjoy!

PS. If you get a “Plug-in Assembly Load Error” error when launching 3ds Max, then:
a. Close 3ds max
b. Right-click on XsmpMax_20XX.dll > Properties > Unlock button
PS2: Kaspersky Premium complains about xsmp_2023.dll and says that it contains a trojan. This is a false positive, but if the file is deleted, no big deal, use the appropriate one from the Fix folder.
