PyMOL Overview

PyMOL is a molecular visualization system. Allows you to create high-quality three-dimensional images of both small molecules and biological macromolecules, primarily proteins. About a quarter of all protein structure images published in the scientific literature were made using PyMOL.

Installation

1. Install PyMOL 3.1.1, select “For all users”
2. Copy the pymol folder from the Crack folder to the C:\ProgramData folder with replacement, it should report the replacement of 2 files
3. Launch PyMOL 3.1.1 and specify the path to the attached license file
