Fanuc CNC GUIDE Overview
FANUC CNC GUIDE provides all the features of operation and control, as well as the ability to run and simulate the Programmable Machine Controller (PMC) for developing and debugging C Language Executor, Macro Executor and FANUC PICTURE PROGRAM and integration of application functions FOCAS2
Virtual Control Panel displays the input status and output signals, which when used with the FANUC LADDER III PMC programming software means that the engineer can write and test machine logic sequences “on the bench”.
It is possible to link the CNC GUIDE with other FANUC PC software such as: Program Transfer Tool, CNC Setting Tool and FANUC Built-in 3D Interference Check Setting Tool.
CNC GUIDE supports a parameter setting tool that automatically finds the optimum parameters for acceleration and deceleration. This reduces parameter setting time and allows setting up without occupying the actual machine.
Installation
after installing the program, copy and replace the contents of the “NcGuidePatch25-FANUC” folder to the installed program folder in Program Files (x86)\FANUC
a new folder with a cure was added to the distribution. It is recommended to use it. Read the previous line as:
after installing the program, copy and replace the contents of the “New patch for CncGuide 25” folder to the installed program folder in Program Files (x86)\FANUC
In case of problems with the new folder with the patch, use the old one, “NcGuidePatch25”
