How to Edit the hosts file in Mac

• Open a terminal
• Enter the command “sudo nano /etc/hosts” (without quotes)
• Enter
• Password → Enter
• Move the cursor to the line without the “#” sign
• Make your changes to the file
• When you finish editing the file, press ctrl+x → y → Enter.
