Altair S-FRAME structural analysis with integrated steel design (S-STEEL) and integrated concrete design (ICD) enables structural engineers to model and perform linear and advanced nonlinear analysis for building and non-building structures. Design steel and concrete structural members to meet regional code requirements, generate design reports, and calculate advanced section properties for non-standard sections.

Altair S-LINE is an application for analyzing, designing and detailing reinforced multi-span continuous beams with various section sizes and reinforcement patterns for each span. S-LINE’s versatility allows code checking, automatic design and detailing for multiple design codes for various section types. Design and detail interior, exterior, simple span and cantilever beams for short-term and long-term deflection, bending, shear and torsion along the entire beam length.

Altair S-PAD is an application for quickly checking the code of a structural steel column, beam or strut without modeling the entire structure. Simply enter the design loads and effective lengths of the steel member, then run a quick check in seconds or, better yet, run automatic design to determine the optimal section. S-PAD includes advanced code checking capabilities, as well as automatic design for both strength and usability. This stand-alone application uses a simple spreadsheet interface that provides powerful steel design and code checking capabilities.
